Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wolf School. By accessing our website, registering for services, purchasing memberships, enrolling in training programs, or participating in any Wolf School activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Wolf School provides football skills training, defensive back instruction, mentorship programs, leadership development, camps, clinics, seminars, online educational content, and related services.

Participation in any service does not guarantee athletic success, playing time, scholarships, college recruitment, or professional opportunities.

Eligibility

Athletes under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information and emergency contact information.

Registration and Payment

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Membership fees, lesson fees, and program costs are listed on our website.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Private Lessons:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be refunded.

Group Sessions:

Missed sessions are generally not refundable.
Makeup sessions are offered only when available.

Camps and Clinics:

Refund requests must be made before the registration deadline unless otherwise stated.
Administrative fees may apply.

Wolf School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct

Athletes, parents, and spectators are expected to:

Wolf School reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Health and Safety

Parents are responsible for informing Wolf School of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or injuries that could affect participation.

Participants acknowledge that football involves physical contact and inherent risks, including serious injury.

Participation is voluntary.

Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with football training, conditioning, drills, strength activities, and related athletic instruction.

A separate Liability Waiver and Release must be signed before participation.

Intellectual Property

All Wolf School training materials, videos, logos, lesson plans, curriculum, branding, website content, and educational materials remain the exclusive property of Wolf School.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Website Use

WOLF SCHOOL PHOTO & VIDEO MEDIA RELEASE

Effective Date: June 28, 2026

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, grant Wolf School permission to photograph, video record, audio record, and otherwise capture the likeness of my child during participation in Wolf School programs, including private lessons, group training, camps, clinics, competitions, seminars, leadership sessions, and special events.

Authorized Uses

I understand these images and recordings may be used for:

Wolf School website
Social media platforms
Advertising and marketing
Printed promotional materials
Educational and instructional content
Recruiting and promotional videos
News articles and media coverage

Ownership

I understand that all photographs, videos, recordings, and related media become the property of Wolf School.

Wolf School may edit, crop, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display such media without additional approval.

Compensation

I understand that neither I nor my child will receive financial compensation or royalties for the use of photographs, videos, or recordings.

Privacy
